As a new property owner, you’re now part of one of Maui’s most beautiful, thoughtfully planned communities. The Wailea Community Association (WCA) is here to help you get settled, stay informed, and enjoy all that Wailea has to offer.

WCA is the master association overseeing the shared interests of Wailea’s residential, resort, and commercial neighborhoods. Our mission is to preserve the beauty, safety, and integrity of the community while supporting a high quality of life for all owners and residents.

As a new member, there are a few key things to know:

  • Design Review Process: If you plan to make any exterior changes to your home or landscaping, please review our Design Guidelines and submit plans for approval. This helps protect property values and maintain Wailea’s signature aesthetic.
  • Community Standards: The CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) help guide the use and enjoyment of your property. These are available for download in the Member Portal.
  • We encourage you to register for access to the WCA Member Portal, where you’ll find everything from architectural forms and meeting minutes to announcements and contact information.

If you have your property under a corporate name, please contact the office prior to registering.

If you are already registered, simply visit the Members Portal to access our association’s website services today.

Welcome to the Wailea Community Association (“WCA”) website. By accessing or using this website and its member portal (“Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

This Site is intended for use by current property owners and authorized users within the Wailea Community. By using this Site, you confirm that you are a WCA member or have been granted access by the Association.

  • Not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.

  • Keep your contact and property information accurate and up to date.

  • Refrain from uploading or distributing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.

All content on this Site, including documents, forms, images, and design elements, is the property of the Wailea Community Association unless otherwise noted. You may download content for personal, non-commercial use related to your ownership within the community. Redistribution or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
