Active Projects Approved for Construction

  • 9 – Single Family residence new construction projects(Ridge, Kialoa, Golf Estates II, Golf Vistas, Pualani)

Construction Updates – 04/2025

Please note construction hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, Mon. – Sat. unless noted otherwise.

  • Golf Estates II – Construction on multiple homes underway with 5 completed and a number underway.
  • SF-S – project on Kapili Street north of Kialoa is still in planning stages and is required to do an EIS. This will delay any work for awhile.

The Following is a synopsis of projects either in the works or planned for the Wailea community. Please note that these are not all scheduled to begin at the same time:

SF-11 (GE-2)

  • 16 lot single-family subdivision site located between the 15th and 5th Holes of the blue course on the old driving range site. The site will be accessed through the Golf Estates.
  • 15 lots will be golf fronting with partial water views and average 14,000 SF
  • Each new lot is part of a land condo home owners association and part of the Golf Estates HOA.
  • Height restrictions for new buildings will maintain views from existing neighboring properties.
