About the Wailea Community Association

Preserving the Beauty and Integrity of Wailea, Maui

The Wailea Community Association (WCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining the exceptional quality of life, natural beauty, and high standards that define the Wailea Resort area on Maui’s stunning South Shore.

As stewards of one of Hawai‘i’s most prestigious master-planned communities, the WCA plays a vital role in upholding the vision, values, and environmental balance that make Wailea a world-class destination and an extraordinary place to live.

Who We Are

Established in 1987, the Wailea Community Association represents over 1000 acres of residential, resort, commercial, and recreational properties. 

The WCA serves as a central point of communication and coordination for:

  • Architectural and design review to ensure visual harmony and sustainability
  • Landscape and infrastructure management of shared roads, signage, and green spaces
  • Covenant compliance for community standards and rules
  • Safety, environmental, and beautification efforts
  • Support for cultural and charitable initiatives throughout Maui

Wailea Resort Association

WCA established its marketing arm, Wailea Resort Association in 2008 to broaden our Wailea brand identity.  This has been accomplished by managing our communications and marketing our destination of Wailea, Maui.  Building and maintaining relationships and partnerships with our resort partners is the key to its success.
