The Wailea Community Association (WCA) is the resort community association for Maui’s 1,500-acre, master-planned resort community.

WCA’s membership is much more diverse than most property owners’ associations and includes owners of luxurious individual condominiums, villas, penthouses, hotels, single and multifamily residential homes, undeveloped lots and land parcels, commercial & recreational amenities deeded in Wailea, Maui, Hawaii.
